Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping (USA): Free
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days within the USA
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Sales Tax

Sales tax may be applied to orders where required by applicable state and local laws. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately via our store contact form so we can assist you. Please keep all packaging and items until the issue is resolved.

Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping costs are covered by ILAFIT only in cases where:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • The wrong item was shipped

For all other return reasons (such as change of mind or wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
