Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 30-day return policy excludes non-returnable items listed below.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

You can start a return in one of the following ways:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return requests are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping Cost

  • We provide a prepaid return label only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
  • For all other return reasons (such as change of mind or wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first and then place a new separate order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval
  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time
